IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARENTS
All participants are required to wear a yellow Little Lifesavers rash shirt. If your child has one from past programs, please make sure it is in a good condition and not faded (rash shirts are fluoro yellow for water safety requirements).
If your child does NOT have a previous program rash shirt or their previous shirt is in poor condition, please ensure you select the appropriate ticket type above.
The Little Lifesavers program is a great introduction to Surf Lifesaving for kids aged 5-11, without having to travel to a surf beach or join a life saving club.
Running in Queensland since 1993, Surf Life Saving Queensland runs the community based Little Lifesavers program at several locations across Queensland including the Gold Coast, South Bank Parklands in Brisbane, Raby Bay, Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns Esplanade Lagoon.
Our highly skilled surf lifesavers will guide your children through a structured program where students will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of games and educational activities that are designed to slowly build their confidence in the water and teach them how to stay safe at the beach.
